This mat pilates class will tighten and tone every inch! Body weight only, however if you wanted to take it up a notch you could wear ankle weights!
This class is teaching the foundation moves that will be built upon in our low impact cardio classes. Learn new movements and really focus on the mind- muscle connection with this class, feeling the burn!!
