This week is about quieting the noise, letting go of limiting thoughts, and creating space for a more supportive, positive way of showing up for yourself. The way you think about your body, your routine, and your progress matters just as much as the workouts themselves.
Take a moment to notice the shift — how you’re speaking to yourself, how you’re approaching your routine, and how much more aligned everything is starting to feel.
If your thoughts haven’t been perfect, that’s ok. Gently bring yourself back, again and again. This is where the real change happens.
