Welcome to Reset, my love. This is your starting point — a quick introduction to the program and how to move through it in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
Reset is designed to bring you back into alignment with your body, your energy, and your routine over the next four weeks. Each week has a different focus — from resetting your energy, to building your routine, shifting your mindset, and reconnecting to your body — so everything starts to come together in a way that actually lasts.
You’ll also see these weekly check-ins throughout the program. Think of them as your moment to pause, reflect, and realign — helping you stay connected to what you’re doing and why, so you’re not just going through the motions.
If you’re starting a little late or need to catch up, that’s completely fine. This program is about meeting yourself where you’re at and building momentum from there.
