This workout is a *mostly* low impact cardio arms class. This is a real boxing pilates style cardio class. Weights optional, I use 2-3 lbs.

It's the half-way mark, are you feeling the burn? This booty focused class is using a booty band (medium or heavy) to activate the glutes while we do our sweaty HIIT Pilates circuits.
I always say it but this could be my FAVE day. No equipment cardio abs. A sweaty circuit warm up followed by mat cardio toning. Let's gooo!!!
