We're back for Day 5 of the program with HIIT - not messing around today!! This quick HIIT class is circuit style mixing cardio and mat abs, its effective, energising and lots of sweaty FUN!!
Today is another total abs focus, which we love!! I want you to remember all of the form tips we've been using so far - but mostly tune into your BODY and FEEL like the freaking unstoppable bad-ass you are!!! You got this babe!!
Studies show that HIIT is proven to help burn stubborn belly fat, this is why I like to add one intense HIIT class per week to the program and workout calendar. HIIT when done 1-2 times per week also helps to support female hormones which getting in a great cardio burn.
EQUIPMENT: Totally optional - if you are a beginner no equipment is great, advanced can add ankle and hand weights.

Day 3 is our first cardio blast of the challenge!! I love low impact cardio because it's sweaty and energising. We use our muscles to get our heart rate up, which makes this the perfect mix of fat-burning cardio and toning. Today's class is all about targeting the waist aka our inner obliques.
