Day 2 things are getting spicy with this lower abs burner!! It's mat cardio and non-stop low ab toning. Today's class is one of my favourites because we really get into some targeting toning and it's a ton of dynamic, brand new exercises.
FORM TIPS: For this class remember to get that deep core activation by pulling your belly button to spine, think of the feeling of coughing or laughing - we want that tightening of the abs as we exhale to protect our back and pull the low abs in. Another tip is to think of slightly tucking your tailbone to avoid arching your back (no one wants back pain!) and think of making the rib to hip connection.
Ankle weights are totally optional, I would only recommend adding them if you've done quite a few BBFIT low impact abs classes with ankle weights on before starting this program. Beginners, no equipment please - I want you to FEEL this in all the right places and get that form perfect while learning the moves. You're going to feel this one tomorrow ;)
