I'm excited to introduce some new routines in today's Strength Pilates class, designed to engage and challenge your entire body while focusing on both large and small muscle groups. We'll alternate between mat and standing sequences, blending lower body workouts with dynamic upper body movements. I really recommend adding some weights if you have them, to really help develop your strength and promote muscle definition. I can't wait to hear your thoughts on these fresh routines!
