Today is all about creating the Align Glow with an energising full-body flow that blends sculpting, lengthening, and strength on the mat. This class comes from Day 6 of the Align Method and is one of the most popular classes from that program.
We're bringing everything we've been practicing in the Align Method program into this class - breath, alignment, mind body connection plus a little strength and sculpt on the mat. You've got this my love!!
Results: Toned, lifted muscles, full-body definition, boosted energy, that Pilates-from-the-inside-out glow.
