This full body Mat Pilates class is designed to strengthen, sculpt and lengthen your body from head to toe. We'll move through a series of intentional, low-impact exercises that target your core, arms, glutes and legs while also improving posture, balance and mind-body connection. I’m using light hand weights to help deepen the resistance and build strength, but the workout is totally effective without them so feel free to modify based on what your body needs today.
