This new Power Pilates class is a full body burner designed to build strength tone from head to toe while boost your energy. We’ll move through a dynamic flow that targets your core, glutes, arms and legs using light hand weights to deepen the burn and challenge your muscles in all the right ways.
Expect a mix of low impact sculpting and strength based movement all done with intention and control. Whether you’re here to feel stronger more connected or just get in a really good sweat this class has you covered. I recommend wearing running shoes for this class to provide some added support with the dynamic standing sections. I'm using 3lb hand weights and 2lb ankle weights.
