This brand new low impact cardio class uses dynamic pilates movements to give you an amazing cardio workout while also strengthening and toning the booty, legs, thighs and calves. This class is LOW IMPACT - meaning the exercises will not cause harsh impact on knees, joints. For added resistance I recommend using ankle weights like I do in the class, however you will still get an excellent workout without them. This class will go live on September 28.
I am SO excited to start adding chair classes to the app. This barre style class is super energising and lengthening. I love barre for how graceful and elegant it makes you feel. This toning class is going to focus on the butt, thighs and abs. No equipment necessary.
Get ready for a fire HIIT boxing circuit class. Have your water and sweat towel near by because you are going to need them for this one!! No equipment is needed, but you can up-level with some light weights/wrist bands if you want an extra challenge xx
