This 20-minute Mat Pilates class is designed to tone and strengthen your butt and thighs with controlled, targeted movements. Light ankle weights are optional if you want to add extra resistance, but you’ll still feel the burn without them. Get ready to sculpt, lift, and tone—all from the mat.
