Hello my love, how are you feeling today? If it's the last day of your cycle, this is the perfect class for you today. It's so nice to rest and prepare your body for your Menstrual Phase. We're going to be moving in a slow, loving way today, taking care of our body and mind. Let's lengthen those muscles and open the hips, lower back and lower abs to help us ease into our menstruation and prevent cramping. We're mixing in a few mindful moves for the upper body for a satisfying burn, then making it to the mat for slow, deep stretches. I am so proud of you for doing something loving for your body today. Reflect on the past 28 days and how powerful it is to have worked out in alignment with your cycle for the past 28 days. Hopefully you feel more in tune with your body and what you need to feel your best. Remember, this program is meant to be done over and over again until you can integrate the tools into your life effortlessly!
CYCLE TIP: If your cycle is longer than 28 days, you can repeat some of your favourite classes or stretches from this section until your menstruation begins, or incorporate extra rest days or walks as needed.
