Its time for a sweaty and energising cardio workout! It has been a while since our last new cardio class and we are making up for lost time today with this butt and thigh focussed class. You can use light hand weights or ankle weights in this class, but you'll still get an amazing workout without any added resistance. Let me know how you find it!
