We're back in the studio today with a brand new Strength Pilates class targeting the butt and abs. I'll guide you through a combination of standing and mat routines designed to engage all the major muscle groups in your glutes, with extra emphasis on the thighs and lower legs, as well as the upper abs, obliques, and lower abs. During the standing sections, focus on engaging your core to stabilize and control your leg movements. This will activate your abs before we move to the mat for the final abs routine, helping you to get the most out of today's class. Enjoy!
