Today we have a new full body Reformer class. In this style of class we replicate the movements of a pilates reformer, using thick socks or gliders to slide our feet across the floor. Try to find a smooth surface to glide on and make sure your stationary support leg is stable and wont slip. The smoother the gliding motion is under your foot, the easier the class will be. If you want some added resistance, try using some some wrist weights or light hand weights like I do in the class. Have fun and enjoy this beautiful flowing class.

In this Mat Pilates toning class we focus on the glutes, thighs and abs. If you want to add some extra resistance today, I recommend some 1lb ankle weights. But be warned, the burn will slowly creep up on you!
