In this new barre class we focus on dynamic, lengthening movements to develop toned, lean and defined abs, waist and legs. Make sure to use a sturdy chair or bench top as your barre. Remember, we use the barre only for stability, and not to take the weight of the exercises or reduce the natural resistance on our legs and core. Enjoy xx
