DAY 4
Ok its already Day 4 and you are more than half way through the first week of this challenge! Today we are switching focus to arms and abs. Once again we have 2 quickies for you to complete. Feel free to try using some light weights for these classes but I'll warn you the resistance definitely catches up with you faster than you think! So feel free to put the weights down at any time or just use the weight of your arms to start off with (trust me they are going to feel super heavy before you know it).
