DAY 3
For Day 3 we have one of my personal favourite class styles - a full body Reformer Pilates class. These classes are all about energising your body and creating length and strength. We start off standing and then take it to the mat for that mindful burn. Get ready to feel long, lean and sculpted. Today is about feeling connected to your body - try to make a daily practice of checking in with yourself and what you need to feel your best. If you are new to these Reformer style classes then take your time to find your balance before lengthening out the movements to extend you range of motion. Remember to use thick socks or gliders on a smooth surface to slide your feet like you would on a Pilates Reformer machine.
