For Day 2 we have a 2 part workout, starting off with some of my favourite 4 point kneeling butt toning exercises and followed by a classic Align butt lifting booty bridge workout. I'm using some light 1lb ankle weights in these classes but you can definitely do both of these classes without any added weights.

  • 10 MIN BUTT LIFT QUICKIE

    Today we have a quick but super effective butt and thigh toning quickie. Can some light ankle weights if you have them and join me by the pool for some juicy butt toning xx

  • 7 MIN BUTT LIFT (NO EQUIPMENT)

    Join me for 7 minutes of booty bridging pilates moves. You could try adding a booty band to this class for added resistance but you definitely wont need one.
