This brand new HIIT Pilates class is guaranteed to get your body PUMPING and leave you GLOWING (aka in a pool of sweat lol). This class is HIIT PILATES - so we will be incorporating some HIGH-ENGERY and DYNAMIC pilates moves. This class follows the BBFIT HIIT pilates style that you know and love - 3 rounds of exercises, with each round containing 3 mini-circuits. As always, this class is designed to support WOMEN'S BODIES and leave you feeling energised throughout the rest of your day. However, if you are feeling low on energy today, or you are in your luteal phase/your period, consider swapping this class for a toning workout (which will be less intense) or having a rest day. You can always come back to this class later when you want to get your glow on!! Always listen to your body!! Enjoy xx
