Get ready for a slow juicy burn! Today's class is a full body mat toning with the handle band. This is one of my favourite pieces of equipment to get creative with! We can challenge the body in soo many different ways and it is super lengthening. Make sure to control the band when you lift and lower it, as well as create a resistance that feels good for your body. This takes a whole new level of awareness, please make sure that you have the handles securely fastened around feet, hands etc.
If you don't have a handle band, you can do this workout with light weights and ankle weights. I use an extra light band from PTPm brand.
