April on Align is all about feeling strong, centered and inspired in your workouts, in your routine and in your relationship with your body. We’re coming into a new season and it’s the perfect time to reconnect, refocus and reset your goals. Whether you’re returning to your practice after a busy month, deep in your consistency era or just finding your rhythm, this month is designed to support you with structure, variety and intention.
At the heart of this month is the April Challenge, a 4-week program that gives you 5 thoughtfully programmed classes each week. You’ll move through a mix of Strength Pilates and Power Pilates designed to build muscle tone, improve endurance and energize your body with functional strength. You’ll also find classic Mat Pilates flows to refine your technique and form and Reformer-style workouts using socks or sliders to bring that deep, lengthening burn that feels so satisfying. Each class is sequenced to balance strength, sculpting and recovery so you can stay consistent without burning out.
As always we’re leaving space for rest and reset. Your weekend lineup will include stretch and release sessions, meditations and restorative classes to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath and check in with your body. These are just as important as the more challenging sessions because your results don’t just come from pushing harder, they come from creating balance.
This month we’re also introducing something special: the April Abs Challenge, a mini program made up of five express core workouts designed to be added to the end of each day’s calendar class throughout the month. These quick but effective sessions were created in response to a request from one of our amazing Align members who wanted to focus more on abs in April. Each workout targets your deep core and waistline, helping to strengthen your center, improve your posture and build more support for your overall Pilates practice. Stack them on after your daily class to feel that extra burn and deepen your core connection over the course of the month.
Every Monday, new classes drop in the app and we’ve built this month’s lineup around what you’ve been asking for. Expect a balanced mix of strength, power and mat Pilates that combine intention with intensity, challenge you while keeping things mindful and give you space to feel good in your body. We’re focusing on building functional strength, boosting energy and enhancing the mind-body connection that’s at the core of the Align Method.
This is your reminder that there’s no perfect way to show up. Whether you’re following the April Challenge day by day, adding in an ab session after each class or simply committing to move in a way that feels good to you, it all counts. The real progress comes from the small consistent choices, the moments when you decide to press play, reconnect with your body and keep going.
