This 20-minute Strength Pilates class is all about activating and strengthening your glutes for a lifted, toned look. We’ll use controlled, targeted movements to engage your booty from every angle, with optional light weights to add extra resistance. Expect a mix of mat-based and standing exercises designed to build strength, improve stability, and create definition.
